Returns and Shortages Policy
Any damage or shortages must be reported within 48 hours of receipt of delivery.
All parts to be returned must be sent back within 14 days and with a copy of the invoice.
Parts must be unused and in their original, unopened packaging, parts returned after 14 days will be subject to a 20% handling charge.
No return on electrical parts.
Please note that carriage costs associated with returned goods are to be paid by by the customer.
