With sub zero temperatures and snow predicted we did not expect to see traders arriving at 05.30 eager to set up.
Customers arrived while still dark, reported that they seen temperatures of -7 degrees, which didn’t deter them from looking for the early morning bargains.
It was wonderful to see a great attendance from traders and enthusiasts alike, here for a New Year catch up and hope of finding that elusive Military vehicle spare part or item of Militaria.
If you have not been to one of the Dig Outs before, It’s a very relaxed good natured atmosphere, a great social event and you really do not know what treasure you may find for sale.
The Dig Out seems to grow bigger and more popular each event, so whether you’re a stall holder or enthusiast, why not give it a try, the entry is only £2 and stalls start from just £15.
