Steering Box Assy – Not including the Worm Gear shaft.
The steering box has been built in house using a NOS Genuine ROSS Steering BOX casing , a NOS ROSS Cover, a NOS Bearing cap and new production sector shaft kit.
The sector shaft bushes have been pre-installed and reamed to the correct size.

New Shim Pack
New modern production sector shaft and bushes
New Oil Seal
New Gasket
New Worm Gear Bearing Kit
500 ML Castrol Spheeroil
Note – The worm will have to be installed by the customer, then the bearings can be fitted and adjusted with supplied shims.
Once this operation has been carried out, the box can be filled with the Supplied oil, the cover fitted and sector shaft adjustment made.
